COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lorenz Messtechik 1841 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Molex/woodhead parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Microscan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the 410000254 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7R6A06A19A120 manufactured by Molex/woodhead and we are pleased to be able to service most Molex/woodhead systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS3FIS00030003 by Manufacturer Microscan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marposs Brand A1203415159602 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mcmillan such as 1043 equipment made by Mcmillan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mcmillan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mcmillan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Mercury2000 made by Microe-Systems as well as the popular N391887 original spares produced by Merrick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 112025 by Msa and 1043 spares by Mcmillan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F13421200A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler. |
